Since there were only 3 of them now, it would be on them whether to go in or not. The whole point of the exams was to go in as a squad. The searching for the scrolls did not need 6 people. The tournament did. Unless you were that confident in your abilities to take out 4 members of each enemy team before you. Whether it be a real taijutsu fight or a sexual battle. A male kunoichi could use his ass and his dick to get ahead if it was a sex competition. It would still leave them vulnerable to a shinobi overpowering them and beating them up. The same thing went for the other way around. They strongest shinobi here would be a whimpering mess under the very skilled ministrations of a female kunoichi if he was not ready for such a thing to happen to his lower half. The 3 had come this far and were willing to see it through to the end. It was fine with me. They would be an extra set of eyes and ears to help the children down there. It was at this point Keisuke, Masaru, Izayoi, Rin, Asahi, Hibiki and Chihiro came in. That meant their teams had just started. They were very behind.

I could feel the very intense glares from each of them on me as they sat down near me. Normally, I would not care about something like this. This was a bit different. I did like these guys. I was super close to Keisuke, Rin, Asahi and Hibiki. Izayoi and Masaru were people I respected a lot too. I snuck a glance at Keisuke. Ostensibly, we were co-leading the squad with our children. "The children have made it inside and have found allies to aid them." I reported to him. He grunted and said "That's good. I wish they could have used their skills to help the others." I peeked at him again. "Did they actually need us?" I asked quietly. "A couple of the Akaime members died. The guys from the train were way stronger than they looked. Manato and Yama died too." he said pointedly. My eyes widened. "I am so sorry that you guys had to go through all that stuff." I said quietly. Losing a member of the clan was very sad for them. I looked at them. "I'm sorry I wasn't there. I had to do the best for my children. I would not fault you for doing the same." I said. I was not going to say anything else.

There was nothing I would not do for my children. Chihiro fucked up here and, apparently, people died because of it. Yoru, Asa, Hiru and Riku were part of my household now. That meant that I had to prioritize them over all the others. Looking at them, they did not look like they forgave me. I put my hands together. "C'mon guys. I did not do this to cause any problems. Keisuke, Rin, Asahi, Hibiki, Izayoi and Masaru. I'm going to make it up to all of you guys. I'll do one thing each for you. No questions asked." Chihiro glared at me. "What about me!?" he snapped. "We're even after you told your squad to abandon our squad last time." I said, looking him right in the eyes because I meant it. He went red in the face. I then disregarded him. The others had to scramble to find randoms in the area willing to go through the exams too. 2 Akaime members could replace Manato and Yama. That still meant they needed 4 randoms to refill the Akaime team. They had to find their way in. My kids had to look for one of the scrolls. Kei was also going to go around pulling his weight. It worked.
