Having the incarnations cost me. My power was at 88% because I had given each of them 3 percent. In reality, I had 137 HP and 123 MP. Because they all could fight on their own, they could get stronger on their own too. Their chains could heal for 2 HP now. That was great. Before, they had to round up to even do 1 HP of healing. They did not have the MP to cast Cure Wounds. It was fine. They could work up to it. Alternatively, they could simply just use their chains to stabilize those in danger of dying. I don't think that most people would really mind. As far as valley deities went, that was probably all that was expected of them. I was going to need a lot of items to boost the pools. The amount I had was low and only lower while supporting the others. Preferably something that would give a base number instead of a percentage. The percentage would be apply to the flat numbers and get something ridiculously powerful. I wanted to see Clemens to see whether or not I could get some good gear with an enchantment. He was happy to take my money. I found a diadem.
I also found a full outfit that looked like a military uniform. It was pretty spiffy outfit. The officer hat gave 25 points of HP. The trousers and gloves gave 15 and 10 points of nice MP respectively. The coat gave 50 HP points. That was actually really good. The shirt gave 50 MP. All together, that was 75 HP and 75 MP. 175 HP and MP was what the base pool was now. Now there would be a drastic increase due to the bonuses. 272 HP and 245 HP was a great improvement from where it was. Still, I would be hard capped to 88%. 240 HP and 216 MP was much better than it was before. When I got back to the shrines, the shy incarnation came up to me. He was pressing both of his index fingers together. "Lord David...? I felt an influx of power rush into me earlier. Umm... did you p-possibly give me more of your... essence?" he asked. The clone looked hopeful. "No. I just got some new enchanted clothes that is boosting my power. You were born from 3% of my power. A bigger pie means bigger slices for all of you. The other incarnations must be feeling all of it by now as well.
