Anna shrugged her shoulders. "Maybe we should get the king to throw more. In the 5 years or so that we've known him, he hasn't thrown any. He must really be seething over no one supporting him." she said. The princes were all wearing expensive suits and accessories. They really did look like nobles. "You'll knock them all dead in those outfits. Those tailors really know what they're doing." she commented. Layton rolled his eyes. "Their outfits don't come in until the morning. It's imported silk. Old country."
Yawning, the children were tired out. "I hope the bill was manageable. You concubines get an allowance, but 2 tailored outfits and accessories for a single use sounds like a bad investment to me." Anna said in concern. "It will be worth it's weight in gold. Don't worry, they will be used more than once. Not even I reached that level of waste as a prince, though I did splurge." Layton assured her. If it was assured by him, she was willing to take his word on it. Reilly, Layton and the princes left 2 days later. The trip was slated to be about a week long. Anna was getting a bit bored. She challenged her sigma sons to a spar. She wanted to see what they could do. They had been alpha primes before. "I'm not a fan of it either, but that's how all alpha nobles behave. I was in the middle of the story though." he said. Reilly apologized. "It was easy to prove that we had never been to the royal library. I am blind and have no use for most books. Reilly has always put his athletic pursuits over scholastic ones." he continued.
