This was not just a personal win for the boys. In 2 weeks, the country of Breaca would be the host for an international event. Reid, Reilly, Ronan, Rhys and Evan all had a part in bringing honor and glory on the world stage. That was something that could not be ignored. Once they had returned to the country, they were swarmed by the press. People wanted to know how they had done it. They had beaten alpha males of other countries. And they made it look so easy. It was something that the alphas of the country did not think was possible. They gave their interviews as best a possible. The alphas on the team also gave their statements to the journalists. Anna had once remarked to Owen and Simon that the brothers had the chance to be the best to ever play tennis in the world. This was something entirely different though. If they could win the Burke Cup, they all would be national heroes. It was right there. None of the citizens would have done more for the glory and culture of the smaller nation than this national tennis team of alphas and omegas. The writing was on the wall.
Everyone in the country knew their names now. So much so that the government had to take notice. They were invited to the capitol to address parliament and meet with the members. It was an honor. 3 days later, they were on a train. Because they all could take a plus one, Anna, Molly, Kevin and Owen went with them. Reid and Rhys were married. Kevin was their father and was leading the whole group. He was taking Reilly's slot. Kevin made the executive decision to bring Owen instead of Mitchel. It was something that made Ronan upset. He was the official bodyguard and it made sense to take him to the capitol for backup. Kevin was an alpha male, but he was not trained in combat like Owen or Simon. He was not going to lose the chance to go to the capital. Kevin was over his allotted days of from work, but he did not care. Bruce would never let him fall. Not now. Evan was coming with his father. Evan's father was not as connected though. He could only spare time for the first day. Working was important if you were not rich. It was a planned 3 day trip filled with fun things.
Day 1 involved them getting to the capitol. The members of the national team would be received by the delegation of the region they were from. They would be the ones responsible for giving them a tour. It would then be on them to talk to other members if they wanted. There was going to be a photo opportunity that would go out to the press. Day 2 would be where the main event was. In the morning, they would give an address to parliament. All the members would each give a speech about what they were doing and how grateful they were that Breaca gave them the opportunity to live and play sports. The evening involved a ball at the prime minister's mansion. That would be fun. Bruce was part of the business elite. This was a chance to be among the political elite of the country. Day 3 was to recover and do last minute sight seeing before they got on the train to get them back home. They were all looking forward to this trip. The country of Breaca was broken into 5 regions just like Aflen was. Those were North, South, East, West and Central. Aflen was in the northern region.
