As Jon, now Paige, walked home from school that day she couldn't help but feel that Sarah wasn't such a bad person afterall. She headed back up to her room and closed the door softly behind her. She lay down on her bed and sighed contentedly, closing her eyes.
She stayed that way for almost a minute before her eyes popped open with the realisation that had been all around her since she had entered the room. The room and everything in it was still for Jon, the male, not Paige the girl. Paige jumped up startled by this realization and rushed to his chest of drawers, only to conferm her fears, there was nothing but guys clothes.
Paige sighed she was just going to have to call Sarah and tell to wish that he had some female clothes. She had picked up the phone when she realised she didn't know Sarah's number, having only become her friend this morning. Paige sighed again, she was just going to have to walk over to Sarah's house in person.
Just as Paige opened the door... BOOOOOM!! The sky which had looked dark all day suddenly opened up and the rain sheeted down.
"Great..." Karyn said disgustedly. She couldn't help but feel that the world was being rather un-fair to her today.
As she sloshed through the rain on her way to Sarah's house Paige was able to make out the shape of Karyn coming towards her through the rain. Although she was Sarah's friend now, she was still Karyn's friend as well.
"Hi Karyn!" said Paige and smiled, "Some weather huh? I feel like I should be swimming."
Karyn looked perplexed and she tipped her head to one side. She smiled kindly but there was a questioning look in her eyes as she said,
"Do I know you?"
