As this was good news, I smiled at him. The greater fire elemental put his underwear on. Outside the sauna, he put the rest of his clothes on. When we made our way back to the baths, they were just finishing up. I let the greater fire elemental give the news. They were all confused. It was something none of them were expecting. The greater water elemental was annoyed. "Well, I can't say I'm surprised. A hothead like you rushes in and then pays for it. It happened before and now it happened again. I guess you'll never return to your home plane." he said matter of factly. The greater fire elemental looked hurt hearing that. I felt bad for him. Like it or not, they were rivals with a similar goal. Being so easily dismissed by someone he had high esteem for had to hurt. "We've been banned. It's time to go back to the barracks." I said. We had our fun. Moving towards us, the greater water elemental was going to stop us until one of the owners came to get them. The greater fire elemental was still on the clock. I said nothing. They all got back to work. I had to get dressed as well so I could leave.

Divulging where were living was not going to happen. I asked if he had a phone. Both of them had one. I put my number in the greater fire elemental's phone. "I'll call you when we can meet." I said to him. He sighed. Not only did he lose his dignity as a warrior again, he still had to work side by side with his former rival. That was not my problem. He agreed to work here. It was probably because they needed a place to live and they had to support themselves. As an honorable warrior, he was not going to abandon his responsibilities. He was going to be working there until the child was out of him. I had no clue when I would be moving on. 9 weeks was the same was 63 days. 6 souls for 63 days meant we would need to free 378 souls. That was way more than I was willing to spend. That meant we would need to go somewhere else. All of us needed space. Rent would be easy to secure. We looted thousands from the demons. We could also just charm people and fuck them to allow us to stay for free. It would also get us away from Abbess Diana. We all hated her. It was still transitional.

Killing the gang members got us Kyle and Myles's house. I was going to have to figure this out. If I figured it would be better to just go to Hell, that would be complicated and inconvenient. I doubted that the greater fire elemental would want to go there with us. I also doubted that I could take the child to Hell with me without him trying to stop me. As we left the bathhouse, I looked to see if any places were open. There were not any places that I could see in the neighborhood. Returning to the barracks, we went to our rooms. In the morning, I started looking online for some listings. There was a place going for 27,000 dollars. It was in a rough part of town. The house was not all that shiny either. It was rundown and messed up. But it was a shelter. There were 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. I purchased it. The next day, the key rings arrived in the mail. My party came with me. We did not need all that space. I did not even need to eat. All we had to do was wait for the child to be born. That was what we did. A dozen souls were eaten to celebrate the new house. A pair of sons were born by him.
