My seat of power was in The Hills district. La Familia was in their Square district. Nicolò was the lieutenant of the Payday district. That left The Yards and Square districts without lieutenants of our family. The hotel was the only thing standing in our name in the Square district. Because I owned it, there was no one to take that mantle. The same was true was of The Yard district as well. That was where the prison was. There was no way I would give up where my family lived either. Due to the fact that we did not have any rackets there, we would always be behind the Brown Owls. That was upsetting. I could solve it by simply making new rackets and letting my allies run them for a bit. There were several made men in Askill Town. My vows made me need to promote those of my ethnicity whenever possible. The whores would not be able to do that. The twins would definitely be at the top of the list. It could also be Romeo if he became a made man for me. I would need to get a new bodyguard, but it would be fine. I could protect myself. Our children were made men too. It could be them as well.

That being the case, I made a lot of money from the hotel. Things could stay as they were for now. Bernardo and Araldo had their own rackets, so they were busy. There was already an agreement to deal with their children. As a newly minted second generation mobster, they had to learn how to behave. Children were seen as off limits, but not when they became made men. All gloves were off then. This meant the Brown Owls would see them as real targets to get to us. My children were not made yet. I would prefer if they went legit. They wanted to follow in my footsteps. I had to get Dante a couple more missions to ensure that he will be ready for this. My children did a lot more than he had. Even though they were punished for it, I respected the con job they pulled off. Doing it took wits and skill. There was something that I could do for all 4 of my children. Carlo, Rocco, Marco and Dante took after me. They were good mob doctors. Emilio had a clinic given to him. I could do the same for him. There was indeed an empty racket building in the Square District. I bought it up. It was pretty cheap.

Using the fact I was a 5 star mob doctor and a lieutenant, I could open a special racket in that spot. It was the health clinic. Because it was a special racket it had a really good set of benefits. Like all rackets in the game, it was judged on its core stats. Those were the Quality, Production, Security and Secrecy. At each star, the clinic could do more things for members of the family. There were public facing offices and a surgery room in the back for family use only. At 1 star, the facility could patch up all of the members that visited. At 2 stars, any debuffs could be taken away from a member that I brought in. Anybody that came in for treatment could have a surgery or risky procedure done at 3 stars. Those included getting the tubes tied for men and abortions for women. At 4 stars, all those that came in would be given a temporary buff to health and either agility or strength. The capstone was amazing. At 5 stars, all doctors working there immediately got a star added to them in the Blue Codex. My boys in this clinic would benefit from it immediately. They were 2 star doctors. I could give 10 jobs.
