I placed the coin in my mouth and ran to the door. Luckily, my boss also has a dog that uses a doggy door to go out into the yard. The feeling of sprinting with four legs was incredibly uncomfortable, as was leaping from my bosses porch to a nearby fence. If it wasn't for my new reflexes, I probably would have overshot the damn thing and found myself face first in grass but I was able to land myself on the fence like it was something I had done hundreds of times.
Now, how do I get back at that stupid bitch. I know! If her husband isn't home, he's definitely getting drunk at the local bar. I'll just take the coin to him, steal his body, and give that bitch of a wife what's coming to her.
It turns out that a few block walk is substantially more taxing when you're a cat, but it's totally worth it. Of course that piece of shit is drunk off his ass. I waited patiently in the windowsill until he stumbled away from the bar and out into the street. Not wanting to miss my chance, I jumped directly into his arms, making damn sure the coin touched him in the process.
I braced myself for the excruciating pain to return, but nothing happened. Well, at least nothing happened to me. I felt a perverse sense of pleasure watching my old fling curl up into a ball, writhing in agony as his body shrunk and fur started to shoot out of his skin like little daggers. Why wasn't I changing though? No matter. I picked the coin back up with my mouth and placed it in my boss's shoe before running away with both items. Maybe there is some kind of time limit on this thing. I'll just find a safe place to relax for a little bit before giving it another shot.
