Minato was just hovering at 52 now. The fact was that he was emitting decent White Pulse was fine. They could easily hold a connection as they synchronized. "Hurry it up already!" Kazuki demanded. Minato looked very upset as well. "T-this is hardly the extent of what I can do. It just won't go up anymore! This probably has to do with how repulsive you are." he snapped. Kazuki could hear in his voice he was straining to beat him. Kazuki was also not at his full potential. The revulsion at being together was mutual. Suddenly, Minato's pulse skyrocketed. It went all the way to 74. That was a higher output than Kazuki was able to get. At first, neither boy could believe it. He had only needed a 34. With a 74, their connection would be much more stable. It would technically be considered average, but as recruits, that was fine. Not much was really expected for them.
