An hour or so later Joseph pulled up outside Lilly’s place. He had managed to get in and out of his place without anyone noticing him. He could see his sister standing at the open door to welcome him.
“Hi, Little brother or should that be little sister tonight?” She said with a big grin on her face.
“Very funny Jo.” He replied as he walked inside.
“Now no fighting you two.” Came Lilly’s voice from the kitchen. She had just finished making a pot of coffee and was looking for some cups. She knew she had seen them that morning but could she find them now that she needed them.
“Do you want a hand Lilly?” Joseph asked their host.
“That would be great Joe. If you don’t mind?” Lilly told him.
Soon afterwards all three of them were sitting at the nearby coffee table enjoying a cup of the good stuff. The twins had agreed long ago that Lilly made the best coffee ever. They had even joked to her in the past about quitting nursing and opening her own coffee shop. She had told them that she enjoyed nursing too much to do so but if she stopped enjoying it she would give their idea some thought.
“So how did today go?” Joanne asked her brother as Lilly exited the kitchen with the pot of coffee in one hand and somehow three cups in the other.
“Strange to start with. What with people staring at me? I mean most of them didn’t even try to hide that they were looking at my chest.” Joseph replied to his sister’s question.
“Oh, you get used to that after a while,” Lilly told him.
“Yeah, it's as if they think that is where your eyes are.” Joanne continued.
“The girls sitting in the pool with me helped me not feel as strange. They were dealing with the same problem that I was.” Joseph went on to say not noticing the smiles on the two women's faces.
Joanne couldn’t hold back her laugh anymore and burst into a fit of giggles quickly followed by Lilly.
“I’m sorry Joe I couldn’t stop myself.” Lilly apologized in between more giggles.
Joseph was about to say how disappointed he was with her until he stopped and realized what he had been saying. He started laughing. Soon all three were bent almost double in laughter. It took them a good five minutes to stop.
“I guess I needed that. Today wasn’t too bad. I have been hidden away in the corner with the pool of admin assistants so that no one can see me.” Joseph told the two of them.
“I thought Rebecca might move you somewhere out of the way. So are you keeping going?” Joanne asked her brother partly to see how he was and to see if the bet they had going was still running.
“I told you I would do it for a week and I am a man of my word,” Joseph replied.
“A man with a pair of 36D’s hanging from his chest,” Joanne said with a smile on her face.
Lilly noticed that Joseph was starting to get annoyed at his sister. This was a fact that Joanne either didn’t notice or ignored so she took matters into her own hands.
“Joanne don’t you have to be up earlier tomorrow you said that you had an important meeting at work,” Lilly said trying to give her friend a gentle nudge.
Joanne looked at her watch. “I do Lilly thanks for reminding me, I hadn’t noticed the time. I had better get going See you soon little sister.” She said winding up her brother ever so gently.
Joseph chose not to rise to the comment. “Good luck with your meeting tomorrow.” That was all he said knowing how important it was to her.
“Joe can you give me a hand to put the cups in the kitchen,” Lilly asked Joseph as Joanne picked up her bag and hugged Lilly in thanks for the evening. She left before Joseph came back out of the kitchen.
“Thanks, Lilly, I suppose I had better get going as well. I need to sort out some things at my place before I go to bed.” Joseph explained to his friend.
She knew that tonight was laundry night for Joseph. He was a creature of habit and Monday was the day that he did his laundry.
“Joe, can you wait a second I have something for you?” She asked as she left the room before waiting for his answer.
“Sure.” He shouted after her. He was a little concerned the last time she had something unexpected for him he had ended up with his new chest.
“Here you go,” Lilly announced when she came back into the room carrying a few bags.
“Lilly?” Joseph said as if to ask a question of his friend.
“Well as I told you last night your shirts won’t fit you just now so I thought I would loan you some of mine as we are the same size.” She said pointing towards his chest.
“Thanks, you didn’t need to.” He replied.
“Joe as much as I like your sister I want to see you win this bet of yours. Especially after her needling you the way she was tonight. Maybe that way it would stop any more of them for a while at least.” Lilly went on to explain.
“I’m sorry if she upset you tonight Lilly,” Joseph said apologizing for his sister's behavior earlier in the evening.
“That’s why you are my friend Joe even after the way she was prodding you tonight. You still defend her. I wish I had a brother like you.” Lilly said.
“Well, she is my sister after all. I should be off now anyway. As I said I have something to do before bed.” Joseph said with a slowly redding face.
“Yeah, you have to match all those odd socks before you wash them,” Lilly said smiling at her friend.
“Something like that. Thanks for the shirts.” He said as he turned towards the door to leave.
Lilly came over and hugged her friend before closing the door after him.
Joseph got back to his flat a short time later and placed the bags from Lilly on his bed. He would have a look through them shortly. He began his usual Monday night chore of sorting out his washing. In his mind, it was best to get all of the annoying tasks out of the way at the beginning of the week that way he would be able to relax for the rest of it.
About half an hour later he had finished sorting everything out that he would wash the following evening. Normally he would do everything on Monday but it was a little late to start it now. Instead, he went into his bedroom and started to look at the bags that Lilly had given him. The shirts he saw in the first bag were adjusted for his new figure. That would save him struggling to fit into any of his shirts while the bet was ongoing.
However, when he opened the second bag he found a surprise. Inside there were two full women's trouser suits at least one of them he remembered Lilly wearing at some point. Below them were two unopened bras along with matching underwear. Now what was she up to? He asked himself. At the bottom of the bag, he found a handwritten note.

Joseph looked at his watch to check the time before going to call Lilly to ask her about the contents of the bags but decided against it.
“Oh, Lilly what am I going to do with you?” He said out loud before placing the bags neatly at the foot of his bed before getting ready for sleep.
