That new clan would be know as Fighting Clan. They would run a martial arts dojo on the outskirts of town. Just like Paul, he gave them a fully decked out clan building with all of their labs fully operational and enough money to make a set of X-frames for each of them. Sixteenth Notes Clan was now fully established as a dominant force on the continent. Not only were we totally independent, but we also had a sizeable 4 vassal clans. The vassals clans were loyal only to us. In return, they all had a lot of goodies and had our absolute guarantee. Clan Pump and Dump, Clan Big Suck, Creamy Clan and Fighting Clan could also do work for us if we did not want to do it. The problem we were having with Magnetic Clan meant that we did not have any missions from the transmission hub. Clan Pump and Dump only had a main hall in their clan building. They all were much weaker units, but I did not want to leave them completely in the dust now. I gave them enough money to start building some generators and a nice PEP lab. They were really happy to receive it. We were in a better spot moving on.

Yellow tape was set up around the block we operated in. New cops were brought onto the force and some of them were PEP units. I bet that they were using the higher authority of Magnetic Clan to do this. I cut them down, but they would be right back up the next day. It pissed me off. They really were punishing all of us for going around to clans of other factions. Once those vassals were registered in the library, they were part of the region and now could not be removed. They already knew that we were backing the Advocate faction and Sonic Clan. Obviously, they did not want us doing those subversive activities. The cyborg members of our clan were wary and did not want to leave the block when it was up. When we asked them why, they just said it made them feel too uncomfortable. I was not going to push them. Paul, Brett, Hunter and I were not bound by it. When I took them down, they were more likely to leave. It made me wonder. I took the tape down and brought it inside. The cyborg members from the clan flinched from me when I walked by. Hunter checked it over. It was chipped.
