He pushed me up against the wall of a building. "What are you doing!? We have to go and get her." he said. Calming him down did not seem like an option. "Why were you chasing a kid?" I asked. He looked from side to side and said "Don't ask me how, but that kid over there got passed the librarians. Apparently, that girl saw everything there. Don't you get what it means!?" Something did not seem right. "How the hell did none of you see!? You guys are cyborgs connected to the internet." I demanded. "I don't know! I was not there when it happened. I was just in the vicinity to get the mission from the transmission hub." he snapped at me. "That doesn't mean that you can just chase random young girls halfway across town. Those guys I was with was from Phobia. If they got into it with you and a drop of blue blood got spilt, you would be dead on the spot." I challenged. "You know what, I don't have time for this. I have to get that girl now!" he said as he began to walk away. I grabbed him from behind to stop him. "You are going to kill her?" I asked. "It's not going to be very painful." he said.
It was then that the PEP unit tried to shake me off. I was not letting go. He said "Let me go! I know that you are an ally, but I can't show you any mercy when we've been compromised!" "I'm not letting you kill a kid. Simple as that." I said. He went hostile and began to throw punches and kicks at me. I blocked and punched back. I was not a fighter, so I was not doing that well. Luckily, I was very high leveled. I had lots of health and my punches did damage when they did connect. Eventually, I was able to beat him to the point he fell on his ass. "Alright! Alright! You win. My systems can only take so much." he said. "That's okay. Let's get you looked at over at the library." I said as I reached my hand out to him. He grabbed it and pulled me down into an armbar. "You really are soft on us, aren't you?" he said with a smirk. He had used my kindness against me. I had no clue how to break free. Even with the submission minigame, I was at a loss. I had to tap out. That just left me stunned on the ground. The victorious cyborg got up and said "You are strong for a human. I'm leaving." I groaned.
Damage already done; the PEP unit stumbled down the street. I got up and chased after him. I tackled him to the ground and I fell with a grunt. "What is up with you!? It's not your business, and I have to go. Get off me." he said in annoyance. "Not when I know what I can do to save that kid." I spat. I was not letting him go. He was not able to shake me off anymore. After 5 minutes, I said "I'm going to let you go now. Those guys probably have her at the police station by now." I did not need to kill him. I just wanted to make sure the kid was okay. He sucked his teeth and said "Fine! Get off." I got off him and he popped up. He kept attacking me. I just dodged and ran circles around him. "You kept me from a good reward. Us non-clan units really need them to survive! I'm going to make this painful to you." he said. I decided to end the conflict by running away. He just followed me. I stopped and kicked him. The PEP unit fell on his ass again. "My chassis!" he hissed in pain. I picked him up over my shoulder. It made him squirm and whine to try escaping. "I'm not some human child!" he protested.
