They did not know what to believe. I shrugged. "Listen. I'm just telling you what I think about it. You all can believe what you want. But if you try to treat Noel like he is just a slutty degenerate or retarded, I will personally fuck you up." That made them look at me with a mixture of fear and challenge. They instinctively wanted to attack, but we were friends. None of them had a clue on what to do with an unruly beta or omega. Or maybe they actually did. They just might not want to put it into practice. Liam, Sam and James looked excited when they saw me the next day. They were all proud that they had learned the alpha stare. They had lots of exp. to spare. It was due to all the play mating that we did together. There was the implicit suggestion that they wanted to use it on Noel and me. Sheldon and the twins already got it. I just pretended not to notice. Noel was just nervously laughing it off. Between weak refusals and my stonewalling, they were unable to do it. Liam just sighed at us as he rubbed the back of his head. He was finally giving up. Sam was the more proactive between him and James.
He pulled the both of us into a giant hug and said "C'mon! We can show you how cool our abilities are. Don't you want to see it!?" I just looked at him. "Maybe. But not on us. That's so weird. We'd never use our omega abilities on you." I said. That really shut him up. "That's just a myth. It is impossible for an omega to get one over on an alpha not in rut." James said. I scoffed at that. Noel did not have the amount of exp. the others had, but even he was working up to using his pheromones. Noel was on the first level of the skill. That could be improved with time. He just needed to mount me a few more times. It was then that I met Hunter. He was an omega that was in the same grade as us. He has the son of a single beta mother. His alpha father ran off when he was born. Hunter came up to me and said "Hey." I said "Hello." back. My care for Noel had been taken note of by others. Hunter was no idiot. Everyone could see that Noel was thriving and totally protected. Hunter began to flirt with me. Since he wanted to use me, I did not mind it. I told him that he had to date me. Hunter said yes.
Just like with Noel, I let him mount and top me. That got him to level up. We were officially a couple now. Sheldon was a bit upset. I was the one that rescued him from a horrible fate with Dustin. He was also gay. While it was a fact that homosexuality was disapproved of, he could not help it. He coped by trying to adopt toxically masculine things, but it was not hard to tell his attention was always on the boys in school. It was not like he or the others were stopped from seeking out girlfriends. For the alphas in the group, they could even get boyfriends if they were omega males. Me being the first to start dating was not a surprise to me. Being free wheeling and independent was kind of my thing. It was for the others though. Liam, Sam and James were secretly pining over the only omega in the group. I encouraged them to start looking. Their prospects were pretty high. The guys in my group were not ugly or anything. Being an alpha already commanded respect. The twins could possibly get some girls to look their way if they tried. Sheldon was probably better off not looking for true love right now.
