As they were hybrids between humans and fiends, my children had other abilities than Fiendish Charm or Fury of the Nine. They each had innate magic. They all could force people around them to do as they commanded. It was nifty seeing as the school children they interacted with were not able to deny them. The boys could also detect magic surrounding them. Something that I thought was amazing was that they could transmute their own bodies to change their appearance or gain specific advantages like granting them gills, webbed hands and feet, horns, wings and claws. That was just like us incubi. However, they had a limit. While as we could alter our appearance at will for as long as we wanted, they could only do it 3 times a day for an hour each time. The same with Command and Detect Magic. Once a day, they could cast Plane Shift on themselves. That allowed them to go to other realms of existence. It was pretty dicey when Rolant got himself stuck in the Ethereal Plane. I had to go get him. I did not have the spell so I could only keep him company for the full day.

Rolant's mishap made me gather the others together. It was very important that they know how to control the ability and not use it unless absolutely necessary. Since the spell was only once per day, they would be stuck wherever they ended up. I shuddered to think what would happen if they accidently trapped themselves in Hell or the foul Abyss. The demons and devils would not have mercy on a child that appeared in front of them. They would be killed or enslaved and forced against their will. It was not a pleasant thought. Plane Shift was a 7th level spell but they could only cast it on themselves and not others like a normal caster. Alter Self was 2nd level. If the boys could master another 2nd level spell, they could join the guild and then my coven as official members. All that could wait until they got out of school. Now that I thought about it, the hybrid children of the clerics had to be the same way. They were older and probably further along with learning to control their powers. One final power the 4 all had was the ability to shoot a Fire Ray out from their bodies. It was really amazing.

Observing them was pretty cool. Rolfe, Abel, Aleyn and Rolant all fired the ray from different parts of their bodies. Rolfe could shoot the ray from his chest. Abel was able to fire from his mouth. Aleyn blasted his ray of flames out of his palms. Rolant fired from his lower back. The others teased him as, looking from the front, it looked like the flames were coming out of his asshole. They seemed to be able to use the Fire Ray at will. I probably would not need to worry about them being in danger. Stronger creatures live demons and devils would be a threat. Higher leveled humans might be able to kill them too. I did not think I had any enemies that would be coming after me. Even if there were some, would they want to attack my family members to get to me? It did not seem likely. I was exploiting like mad, but nothing was so crazy that people would want to kill me. Counting on my fingers, there were only a handful of options. There was Zephyr, Gale, Torryd and Serran that came to mind. I had certainly screwed them all over. I was strong enough to just obliterate them all on my own now.
