Calling Vohrear, Grulilan and Zaranarax was the very next thing that I did. I wanted to know where they were. Vohrear answered his phone and asked if I was done with my task. "We've been waiting for a while now." he added. I ignored that and asked where they were. "We're in the mall. It's so easy to prowl here when these humans are busy trying to buy things." he said. "Don't move. I'll be right there." I said before hanging up the phone. I went into the Ethereal Plane and flew over to the mall. I wanted to find them and bring them back to the club. I wanted to have a major debrief on everything that happened. When I found them, I reentered the Material Plane and waved at them. Grulilan saw me first and pointed me out. They all turned and came over to me. I smiled and said "Let's go back to The Wreck. There's a whole lot that I want to talk to you about." They nodded and came with me. Keeping them together and under my control was my place as the leader. I had already lost 6 due to a minor mutiny. Vohrear, Grulilan and Zaranarax were extremely important and valuable to me now.

Praising everyone was easy for me. Thanks to all of their hard work, we had become a level 5 coven. Marantyz, Garanan and Vyloth were the last ones to return. It took them another month of trying before they had their map accepted. I bet that the people at the guild were putting their thumb on the scales against us. They came straight here, so I had to send them back to Robal City. That was where they would get the new rank conferred upon them. I had all of the loyal members back. It had taken quite a bit. As the leader of the coven, I could just revoke the membership from Ororin and Nyrear's group. I decided against it. Doing that would mean surrendering all of the points that came with them. Because they were all Silver Adventurers, that would be 2 points each. It was a steep price. Losing 10 points out of spite for them was not worth it. It was not long after they returned that the coven was given another mission. It was to chase down another serial killer that used magic. That did not take us all that long. Once we caught the devil, we killed them for the credit. We were now at level 6.

Level 5 covens got a 10% health boost. This was on top of the 5% we got at level 1. We had 15% more health than what would be typical for incubi our level. Both Voxex and Wesez were monks and sadly did not benefit from this boon. Since they were my concubines, it was up to me to protect them anyway. Level 6 covens could get 2 level 3 wizard recruits as permanent members or a single temporary member at level 10 for a month. The need to replace my loses was great. I spawned all 3 of them in right away. The permanent members were twins, Wyatt and Tomkin Jeffroy. The temporary member was named Petrus Batcock. I did not believe him until he showed me his ID. Even then, I was reluctant to accept him. That name was just too ridiculous. His level did not lie and he had the skills to be here. I could not argue with that. I let him stay with us for the month. Apparently, there were spells and formulas that we were now well known for. That was news to all of us. I guess this was their lore reason why people of such a level would want to join up with us out of nowhere. I was fine with it.

The twins were locals. Petrus was not. He had to get a cheap hotel room. He had the money for it. It was now time for me to tap Ohirora on the shoulder. I had a job for him. He was seduce Petrus for the month. Once Petrus had fallen for him, he would be much more likely to stay with us permanently once the month was up. Since I had fudged the numbers a bit, I was able to pretend that everyone went on the mission. The temple monks really helped us out. Our score was so high, we could drop all the deserters and still remain as a level 6 coven. I did it without hesitation. They would lose all of their perks. We would be just fine without them. At the end of the month, I was happy with the results. Petrus was totally under Ohirora's sway. He immediately agreed to stay as a permanent member. I added one more level 10 member to our big coven. His name was Nichol Diggory. It was good enough for me. These would be our 6 human envoys to the adventuring world. Petrus had the highest level, so he was their leader. Garanan would handle Nichol. The others would fall in line behind them.
