The mist that Jon had seen the blue-clad men disappear into the other night seemed to appear from nowhere as the vehicle that now contained Karyn started up. He thought he would have a minute or two to get into position as the blue-clad men loaded up Karyn’s clothes. Then he remembered that he was not at Karyn’s house he was at Jennifer’s’ and that they could have by now sent out another team to rearrange Karyn’s home and her belongings.
By the time he was ready, they had already moved towards the mist. The blue-clad men didn’t normally move that fast, did they know that he was watching them? No there was no way that was the case. Now on his feet, he sprang into life and followed them into the mist.
Once inside it, Jon found that there was more than one of their vehicles inside this strange mist. He counted at least seven as he neared the warehouse which seemed to be the blue-clad men’s base. He ducked behind an open door. When he was able to he saw a group of blue-clad men carrying a young blonde girl. It has to be Karyn he thought. He quietly followed them and saw them place this blonde on a gurney and then strap her to it. They then place a label complete with a barcode on her wrist and leave more than likely to do the same to someone else.
