One would distract the guard while the other would get into the dumpster to look for the gun. Carlo had to take a direct approach. Usually he would bribe the guards with promises of free treatment. Since I was there it looked like I would be the one treating them. When he got inside, he would treat them all. If they tried to pull a gun on my kids, I killed them.
