Praising him, I called him brave. I told him that I needed to talk to others on the phone. I hung up the phone. It was going to be a big delay to get out XX-frame back. The next person I called up was Temmy. I had to warn him and the Sonic Clan about what was going to happen. Temmy was shocked and put me through to the leader. She was obviously upset with what happened here. "What are we to do now!?" she asked in exasperation. "First off, we should pull out of all places we share with the military and researchers. I think the transmission hubs that they occupy like Impact, Toxic and Radiation would be better off abandoned. We should also hunker down in our own clan buildings and keep a close eye on the transmission hubs we have." I advised. She said "I will take that into advisement, Brianne." She was the one that hung up on me. That was that. We already had the blueprints and the money to build the XX-frames. We just had to protect them and wait out this storm. Doing the best that we could was more than needed. PBJ Clan had the tech and infinite money. We could bankroll it.
The retaliation of the government was swift and vicious. It only took until the next day before they began trying to raid the Sonic Clan's safehouse where we had all of the meetings. There were Players employed there, so they could hold out for a bit with the help of the PEP unit staff. All of the Advocate's transmission hubs were sieged the next week. I had already made sure to ship them tons of guns and other tech. They were going to be just fine. It was a massive standoff. The Advocates did not want to attack the humans, but they also could not let the transmission hubs fall into enemy hands. The military knew that they were outclassed and outgunned. Going in would be a disaster with tons of casualties. Luckily, they could pin them down simply by keeping them all inside. As for the Researchers, we did not mind attacking them back if threatened. We were also boxed in, but the perimeter was much wider because of it. That was fine with us. It was too late to stop us from getting our resources together for launch. It was about running out the clock and playing cat and mouse when they arrived.
Nancy, Marion and Terrance were now on the opposite side. It was more tough on Terrance. He had a child with Timmy. In my last call with him, it was really sad. Due to his ties to Sonic Clan, he was put on leave and surveilled by the upper brass. There was nothing that he could do about it. He really loved Timmy II. Nancy and Marion were able to check in on him, but they were not to tell him anything classified. When I spoke to Timmy about it, he was very upset that his new family unit was being torn apart. He asked if it would be a good idea to simply go to him in a different form. "I don't think that will work. You might be able to look like anything, but Timmy II doesn't have that ability yet. It will give you away almost immediately." I said. I did not want any of them to be put in danger. All the humans that were part of clans were deemed most wanted terrorists overnight. We also lost support from the syndicates. They were strong armed into backing off. That was a shame. We could have used all of their commandos as good support when the going got tough. The coalition could live without them.
