They did not like how I was talking to them. That was too bad. Since they had nothing to say to us, I grabbed Noel by the arm and dragged him off. They did not follow us at all. We looked back as we crossed the street. None of them had left that alley. I guessed that they had something better to do over there. Once I made sure that Noel was safe, I went back towards the dorms. I had made sure to avoid the alley on my way back home. The last thing that I needed was to get jumped by their gang. The next day, Noel looked upset when he arrived. I asked what was wrong. "My parents won't give me their keys! It's a fucking Friday. Am I seriously going to wear this until I graduate next year?" he vented to us. "Well, you don't have to worry about being breeched by other guys." Sam offered lamely. "...I guess." Noel said after a pause. He still did not look happy about the situation. Being protected from rape was only a small consolation when you considered all the freedoms Noel lost for that protection. If I was in a cage, I would simply log out and quit the world. There was no way I would suffer it.
After school let out, it was the start of the weekend. Noel was going to stay at home. People did not like it when an unmated omega went outside in the general public. All my alpha and beta friends warned me not to go out as well. It was during lunch. "It won't be safe if you go out." Harry said. "Yeah. Adult alphas are way stronger than the guys here. They also have way stronger pheromones." Gerald added on. Even Sheldon looked at me with purpose and said "You've helped us out so much. We don't want anything bad to happen to you." That meant a lot coming from him. Due to his relationship with Dustin, he was still pretty submissive and timid. "Aww. Does that mean you're going to protect me from those mean alphas, Sheldon? Thanks." I teased. He went red in the face and then put his head down. "I don't think I can. I'm not that strong." he said in a sad tone. I told them I was going to go out anyway. No one was going to stop me from doing what I wanted to do. "... I could go with you. If you want." Liam said as he looked away from me. Sam smirked at him and leaned closer to me.
He said "Uh uh. I'm not leaving you alone with Sunny. No matter how brave Sunny is, he's still an omega and you are an alpha." James nodded his head in agreement. I smiled and said "I guess that means that I have to go out with a beta. Maybe the twins can come along." Harry and Gerald were going to say yes, but everyone else at the table glared them down. The were cowed into submission. That was honestly a bit funny to watch. "Well, if no one can go with me, I guess I do have to go it alone this weekend. Oh well." I said. None of them were happy about it. We were all back to square one. James asked "Why don't we all go out together?" No one could claim any rights to me if everyone was there at the same time. I looked at him and said "I would love that, but we can't. If only one of us is missing, that wouldn't be fair. Noel is also an omega." Noel sighed and said "Thanks for thinking of me." Before I could respond and tell him it was nothing, Chester and Lester came by. I just looked at them both. Chester spoke up. "You guys are omegas. Have you thought about breeching prices?"
