What happened next could only be described as a massacre. All the PEP units that were not already in vehicles were gunned down. I did not want my clanmates to get involved with that. Friendly fire was a big danger. After all, they were cyborgs that were scraped and shot at like the rest. Their very serious injuries and blue blood would make them an instant target for the humans out there. Once that was over with, the Print shop across town was raided. There were at least a half dozen injured cyborgs from the battle. They looked shocked to see that they were being rounded up. The general had them all executed in the middle of the street. I told him to keep one of the safehouse leaders alive. Someone needed to fix Ryder, Maroon and Zayne. The general sighed and gave him a very special pardon. I could see that he really did not want to do that. Once the three were taken care of the PEP unit that worked on them was taken by the commandos. The town's curfew was still under effect. No one was there to see what happened. They would know when they got up and saw all the blue blood.

None of the coalition AEP units were pleased to see the excess of brutality. Alex was so incensed that he walked up to the general and glared at him. The AEP took male form to lend himself a credible level of threat. "Hey!? You didn't have to kill them after they fled to the safehouse. It's called a safehouse for a reason. This isn't right! They couldn't help being called to fight us. They didn't even fight back when you took them out of the safehouse!" he said. The general just looked at him before turning his head to me. "Did she just change gender?" he asked. I just shrugged my shoulders. "All of them can do that at will. They are made of pure nanites. They can change appearance easier than we can change clothes. Alex is from Sonic Clan. That makes him the leader among the coalition cyborgs. Me too, technically. If he became male to call you out, he must seriously be angry with you." I explained. The general let out a deep sigh. He was surrounded by his men. "What do you want, Alex?" he asked the AEP unit. Alex just huffed and said "Don't kill anymore PEP units if they are not hostile."

Being an Advocate, it was hard for Alex to do much of anything. Alex was not going to strike a human, let alone kill them. "I did heavily imply that my solution would not be the best one to take." I said, washing my hands of this mess. The general just pinched the bridge of his nose hearing that. "That you did, Brianne. That you did." He then turned back to Alex and said "Alright. We will not kill any more of the cyborgs we see on the way home unless they are hostiles." Alex smiled at him and said "Thank you for listening." Alex happily walked off to talk to some of his new found friends. "An absolute child." the general muttered. "Hey. That child led the others down into that basement and hacked the transmission hub." the head researcher chided. I smiled and said "Wanna go down? Everything should be clear by now." The head researcher looked like a kid in a candy shop. "You mean it!? I'll really be one of the first ones to see it for real!?" he asked. I raised an eyebrow at that. "Wait. What about the toxic hub under the bank? Isn't that you?" He scoffed. "Me!? Hell no. Way above our paygrades."
