A moment of silence reigned. Then there was utter chaos. Everyone was yelling over each other to be heard. I had to yell. "Alright! One at a fucking time." I turned to the military members. "General, what is making you so angry about this!?" I asked. "Why would we allow cyborgs to amass power on the continent!?" he challenged. "You do not know much of what is going to happen otherwise. There are people here, both humans and cyborgs that were there at the battle for the Toxic transmission hub in the bank. Let them come up and recount that story." Marion, Terrance and Nancy told everyone the story of the fight. It was very harrowing and the other humans could see it on all of their faces. Then it was Tammy, Temmy and Timmy. These testimonies were more ignored than the humans. However, they still had some weight. "When we go in, the transmission hub will call for help. All the PEP units in that region will come in order to stop the actors trying to tamper with it. That's why the battle at the bank was so deadly. We were all unprepared for that big surge of cyborgs trying to kill us." I explained.

That revelation quelled the crowd for a bit. "It would be for the best if we had a government enforced curfew in that area. That way, we could have a barrier and kill zone when they eventually come for us." Bruce said "And why would we need to be there!?" That was a good question. "Well, if the group who eliminated Radiation Clan does not want to take the sole credit, we can simply let everyone take part in the victory lap as a big coalition." That just seemed to make them even more bloodthirsty. They were all in for the chance to test out their new toys on cyborgs. Looking at the servicemen again. "Looks like we're going to need that curfew. Otherwise there might be a few human casualties." I said. That made the general frown. "We will take this option under advisement." he said eventually. "What will be done about the Radiation Clan cyborgs. We can't release AEPs back on the streets." Marion asked me from his place on the stage. "09-003 was under my protection on the condition he testified today for you guys. He did, so I will protect him for now. 09-001 can be killed later." I told the crowd.

It was not a popular decision. That was not going to stop me though. "If we are going through with this plan, each of the 9 member clans can nominate an AEP unit to go down and hack the transmission hub. The general and the researchers can send as many men as they would like down there to look at it. Everyone has a part to play. It is important we are all on the same page for this mission. We have no clue what traps might still be waiting for us down there." I finished. That was when the Sonic Clan leader regained control of the meeting. "That is an interesting proposal, Brianne, however only members of the constituent clans can propose actions for the coalition to vote on." she said. I just looked at her in shock. I looked at Cold Clan. The leader turned their head from me pointedly. I was going to be made a laughingstock in front of everyone. That was when Wyn raised his hand. "If he can't propose it, I will as a member of Erosion Clan." he said. Jam and Kim also nodded their heads. Luka raised his head and said "I will second that as a member of Magnetic Clan." It was now up to a vote.
