Jon snatched the rock, and being the noble guy that he is, decided to help Karyn as much as he could first...knowing that he probably couldn't undo all the damages due to the wording of Sarah's wishes. He began, "I wish..."
Karyn's mind came back into focus. She knew what Sarah was doing & how Jon was trying to help her. Her mind starting to lose Star Trek knowledge (she was well aware, but frankly didn't care), though she still seemed to like the show; she though nothing of missing an episode to try and help Jon.
She grabbed her coat (which was now a leather biker's jacket) as she ran out the door. As she ran, her body changed more. Most of her piercings vanished (she still seemed to have three or so in each ears, but felt pierceless otherwise), her bra now fit comfortably, her skirt changed into a long-flowing velvet one with a matching top, and he jacket, though still leather, was also long and flowing. She knew Jon couldn't undo Sarah's wish for her to be a goth, but at least now she was a glamourous one, not a trashy one, and able to function in society as realtively normal.
As she entered Jon's room, Karyn was in for a shock. Two naked bodies were struggling for the rock. However, it was really hard to tell who was who. Then she realized why: Jon's male head was on Sarah's female body, while Sarah's female head was on Jon's male body.
