Having a human errand boy running around for us in order to lease magic from one of the boys was not a bad idea. We could get into some of the places that we could not normally get to. If we stepped into a church, we would start to burn to death and lose tons of HP every 10 seconds. Not to mention any cleric or paladins in the area would flock over to us to exterminate us before we could tell them what we wanted. With a human, there was no problems. If we found where they were in the city, we could spy on them. It would also be a guaranteed soul for whoever was his master. I said "Come here tomorrow at noon and we'll see about getting you a master. We're all very busy today." He nodded with a smile on his face. He then got up and left. "Thank you, Wraxix. You won't regret this. I promise." he said as he went out the door. I nodded my head at him. I would not regret it if he was used properly. Looking around, there were still 2 other entities to investigate. Unfortunately for me, they both decided to get up at the same time. They were heading for the door. I only had time to stop one.
Only one of them would be able to be convinced away from leaving the club and staying for a short conversation. I hurried over and stopped in front of one of them. They clearly did not enjoy being impeded from leaving. I had to get the introduction right or they would just ignore me and leave anyway. "Hello. My name is Wraxix and I am the owner of this club. The Wreck is a passion project and I am glad you were able to come join us tonight. Do you have a moment to chat?" I asked him. "No shit! Why the fuck do you think I would have come here in the first place!?" he snapped at me. He was clearly annoyed at having to wait. I was able to lead him back to his former table. I sat next to him and he did not seem to pay any attention to me at first. I looked towards the stage. It was a pole dance now. The patrons were cheering loudly. He still was not looking at me when he said "Pretty sure your shitty staff is scared of me. Don't blame them though, they should be. I was fucking being ignored by them. No one even came to fucking ask what I wanted to drink." He laughed. That was probably the case.
They did come to me to resolve this after all. He still was not looking at me when he said "I see that you were having lots of fucking fun talking to that demon sitting over there." I shook my head. "Trust me. It is never fun to talk to those types. Interesting, maybe, but never fun." This new patron cracked a wry smile. "I guess we can fucking agree on that shit!" he said boisterously. I nodded and said "Let's cut to the chase. I know you have to go soon, so I won't waste time. Why the fuck are you here?" He shrugged. "I'm not the one running out of time. That's always been you asshole. Devils feeding on humans out in the open like this is a really bold move. Are you ready to face all of the damn consequences!?" he opened with. I just gestured for him to get on with it already. He rolled his eyes. "You let us come in here whenever we fucking want and do deals among us demons, and we will let all of this shitty encroaching on our territory slide." I really did not care who used the club for deals. "The venue fee is 5 souls. Come around 10 o'clock tomorrow if you have one in the works. If not come see me."
