I got a popup to appear in front of me. This was the beginning for a mission called "First Trip to the Human World". There was no reason to refuse a mission like this. The group was offering me a path out of hell. Hopefully going to the human world would get me closer to Suzie. I looked at the group and saw that they looked like they were also newly formed fiends. I joined the group and we went over to the River Styx. "There is a portal at the edge of this realm on the river we can take. There are others on this level, but this one is the most convenient. As fiends, you won't be harmed by the pull of the river like mortals are." he explained to us. We were rowed down the river until an eerie black obsidian portal was visible on the bank. We went over there and got out of the boat. The guide pointed at it and said "We don't have all eternity. Let's go through and make it fast." Hurrying us through, we saw that it was bright out. We seemed to be in a marsh somewhere. The guide sighed. "See this!? What did I say about lagging around!? Now we have to wait until night. Might as well work on our guises."
Now that we had passable human forms, we walked around. It was nice to see what was around us. This setting also did not track at all with what I was told by Suzie or what I had read myself in the developers' blogs. The streets had cars driving by and the people on the streets were wearing modern clothes that I saw in the real world. I was no closer to Epic City and Suzie than I was in literal Hell. I was slightly miffed at this situation here. All the others were excited. They were new fiends and they just wanted to explore. We ended walking and talking to various people that day. Because we were incubi, people could not help but stop and stare at us. Only the most bold people came up to us though. It was the seductive aura that we had. We were absolutely beautiful to them. When night finally came, the guide came and led us to an apartment complex in the city. It looked like a normal 5 floor building. He told us to go ethereal so that we could pass through the walls. That was an innate skill that we all had. Now that the humans could not perceive us, we could let our wings out and fly up.
Our leader led us to one of the apartments. He said "When we are ethereal, humans cannot sense or interact with us. That does not keep us from interacting with them. I will show you the best ways to feed." There was a man in front of us. Our leader got on the bed and laid down next to them. "We can enter their dreams to tempt these humans, but that's usually if you are assigned to snatch a certain amount of souls. You won't have to deal with that until you can prove yourself to someone higher up the hierarchy." he said with a smile. He then said "For feeding, all you really have to do is send lustful thoughts their way. Once they are influenced, they will begin to have a naughty dream, you can then feed on that energy." It was not without a practical demonstration of the skill. His eyes glowed pink and the man began to flush pink in the face. He also immediately popped a boner. We all watched as the man blew a huge load in his pajama pants with a quiet grunt. The red energy swirled in the air and was sucked up by our tour guide. It was pretty cool to see. "That will boost your mana." he said.
