Hiram stood in his room examining his new long blonde hair and d-cup boobs in the mirror. Despite his earlier protestations, he didn't mind the new look, and it had been an excellent example for Jon of what the stone could do. See, Hiram was now Karyn Black, Jon's best friend since childhood, at least as far as Jon remembered. Before Hiram got to wishing, Jon hadn't really been close enough to anyone in particular to call someone his best friend, but in the rewritten version of history, Karyn was definitively it.
All Hiram had needed to do was roll into Lakeview and find a woman he liked the look of and was financially capable of supporting a daughter; luckily Alyssa Black had fit the bill, and a few wishes later, Karyn Black was born. It had been kind of fun hanging out with Jon as a peer even before the stone came into play, and she found it hysterical that Jon didn't realize she was still calling him Jon-boy just like he'd done as Hiram. He'd intentionally made a mistake with the stone to hopefully plant some seeds for Jon on how to use the stone, and hopefully it would work.
As Hiram/Karyn leaned back on her bed, she was still buzzing with excitement, waiting to see what Jon would do first with the ultimate artifact.
