Looks like there was a friendly competition going on. "She is a smith's daughter so she can take everything I throw at her." Hibiki gloated. Before it could escalate, I said "If you ask me, they both looked really good. It's a shame you guys can't take them as concubines or anything." They looked at me. "Well there is a way..." Rin trailed off. I looked at him to continue. "What is the way!? Maybe I can help." I asked. Hibiki was the one that spoke up. "If you become a jounin, you can take up to 2 concubines. All of the elders are going to want to milk you for as many strong heirs you can give the clan when you get to that rank. Only Grandfather-sama has reached that rank. At a certain point, they won't care as long as we get married to a girl in the clan and get her pregnant." he explained to me. "I am just a cool wanderer, you know. How do you become a jounin?" They both blinked at me as we were running. Apparently, there were many ways to become a jounin. To become a "special jounin", you needed to be recognized for a skill. If you were S-ranked in a skill you would be named a special jounin.
It did not matter what skill it was. Your clan or village head would give you the title. To be a full jounin, there were 3 ways to get the title. A ninja that was active needed to either complete 20 missions as a chunin, get 100 confirmed kills or be recognized for 3 different skills. There were lots of skills that you could pick up and get A-rank in. I knew a few off the top of my head. Each weapon that was usable in combat was its own skill. Taijutsu, hand to hand combat, was one. Ninjutsu had several branches like the 6 elements and the basics. Genjutsu, techniques to confuse enemies with tricks and illusions, was another. Then there were the basic human attributes everyone had in common such as Speed, Strength, Endurance, Intelligence and Luck. I had to check my menu to see how I stacked up. My taijutsu and kenjutsu were B-rank. Ninjutsu was D-rank. I hardly ever used them. It made sense. I spread my attribute points out to be more well rounded. They were all C-rank. I had only done the 1 mission for the mayor and rescuing Kyoko since I was made chunin. That put me at 2 missions and 42 kills.
This made my mind flash to what Charlie the Devil said. Due to his abuse at the hands of that demon, Eiko's stats all increased by 8. He should be close to special jounin by default if he was actually good at anything. It was going to be interested to see what he would do. He was a kunoichi, so he was not going to do outright combat. He had to be amazing at sexual stuff. I looked at them and said "Let's form a group. You guys, Asahi, Keisuke and me and Izayoi. We can get to jounin together." They said they would have to think about it. We ran all the way back to our village. I only had half an hour to take a shower. The cool water running down my body felt really good after all the running I had been doing. I dropped my Henge when I got to my house. I needed some me time as me. When I finished drying off, I put on my black kimono and got ready to go. Keisuke and I were going to run to the town to get there. Our wives would be going to the venue with their families as well. I met him at his house and we were off. It was finally our time to tie the knot and get married into the Kirume Clan.
