Something that Asahi, Rin and Hibiki liked to do was go to the refugee camp and look around. They were a people totally different than what you would normally see in the region. The blue haired refugees had a different culture, manner of speaking and demeanor than what you would expect to find from the natives. For example, all the people in the town, and the villages had black hair. The only diversity was in the eye color. Akaime Clan had exclusively red eyes. Kirume Clan had gray as well as blue and purple eyes. It depended on the family. Obviously there was an ancestor from the founder's generation that had blue or violet eyes. The mayor and the honorable Kenji were like the rest of the town. They had black eyes like coal. I could see why they would be so curious about them. While all 3 of them liked hanging out there, Rin and Hibiki in particular had found lovers in the camp. They learned Henges.

We did the 10 tasks and got in the clan with our marriages. Even then, they were both in the side branches. Keisuke was marrying into the founder's younger sister's line for his big reward.
