Especially as an omega of a ethnic minority. It took a few days before the medal and the paperwork got to his desk at the manor. Once he got it, he really had to figure out what he really wanted to do. Kenny put in the paperwork for leave. It was granted to him without question.

The family had some money and some connections, but nowhere near enough to buy a personal mecha for Kenny to use in Wendalia. His father and brothers had that access because they were lording over colonial territory. Whether he should stay or go was the main conflict that he had now.
