He was still ahead of Benjamin. Passing to Robert was fine. We were in 3rd place pretty comfortably. Robert kept up to his pace as best as he could. He had closed the distance between him and the seniors somewhat. Micheal was barely able to fight off Lucas from overtaking him at the last moment. We got the bronze medal. We were all ecstatic at the result. We were all hugging and cheering at the finish line. I was really happy to get that medal. I think it felt even better than when I got the gold medal in the 200 meter dash. That was the last race. Because this was a school wide event, the coach let us keep all the medals that we won. The next day would be the field day events. They were individual things so there was not going to be any teamwork. I only signed up for the javelin throw and the long jump. I did not notice it at the time, but everyone signed up for all 7 events. This meant that the meet would run long. I was not looking forward to that. I just hoped that my events were up soon so I could quietly dip out. Everyone was already there, all ready to go at the beginning of the big meet.
The order of events was decided. It was the javelin throw, the long jump, the high jump, the discus throw, the hammer throw, the pole vault and the shot-put. That was all fine with me. I meant that I was up first. We were going in reverse seniority order. That made me first. Even the freshmen were there on the team before me. I had 2 nice javelins to throw. My furthest distance would be recorded as the score to beat. I grabbed the first one and felt its weight. I smirked. This was my first time at a field event, but this was not my first game. I was a spearmen on the battlefield before. That was not my best character and I still got it to level 99. For my first throw, I focused on the footwork and launched it as hard as I could. It went to 153 feet. That was pretty good. The next throw was going full boar. Throwing caution to the wind, I threw it even harder. It went a staggering 167 feet. People were totally amazed at what they saw. Everyone tried to beat my score, but they could not. I won the gold medal. Aaron came in 2nd. Andrew was 3rd. We got the medals on the podium and listened to the anthem.
Next was the long jump. Try as I might, I was no match for the seniors. Aaron took 1st. Noah and Jackson got the silver and bronze medals. That was it for me. The high jump went to Micheal, James and Benjamin. They got the gold silver and bronze medals respectively. The triplets swept the discus toss like they said that they would. It had me cheer for them loudly. Sebastion surprised everyone with a lucky throw in the hammer event he took the gold. Lucas came in 2nd and Andrew got 3rd place. That was nice. James won the pole vault. His femboy body perfectly curved around the stick and cleared the hurdle. 2nd place went to Daniel and 3rd place was taken by our own Robert. Anthony dominated at the shot-put. He easily took the gold. Silver was claimed by Aaron. Another surprise was when Ethan took the bronze medal. That was it for the meet. We had a month and a half before the island tournament. It was clear that we had to level up if we wanted to win. When it came to wins, I only had the 200 meter dash and the javelin throw. There were better opponents in the other schools.
