"Wait, you're a big fan?" Jon asked the Goth girl. "Since when do you even like the cheerleaders?" Athena was the best friend of his Goth sister Zoe, and both girls deemed the cheerleaders as nothing but a bunch of brainless Barbie clones. Unless something changed all that ... but what?
"Hey, do you mind?" Nadine said to Jon, annoyed. "She's giving me praise."
"So? Since when do you want that sort of thing? I mean, just a moment ago, you were appalled at being a cheerleader ..." Karyn began, but got cut off.
"Well I'm not anymore, okay?" Nadine said, getting defensive.
"Are these two bothering you?" Athena asked.
"Yes, actually," Nadine said.
