Of course, this being the wishing stone, and the fact that Jon's wish was so vague, the outcome wasn't going to be completely straight forward.
For the Gibsons, the father (James) and the mother (Linda) would stay as father and mother, respectively. But not only would Jon and Mikey become female versions of themselves, they (along with Zoe) would also remain their own ages of 17 (Jon), 15 (Zoe), and 10 (Mikey), and have similar personality traits to what Sarah had at those times in her life. She wasn't always a bitch, you know.
The Fergusons, Blacks, and Meshidas would all be straight forward, meaning that the father would remain the father, the mother would remain the mother, and the daughter would remain the daughter. But with the Meadows family ... while the father and mother would remain as father and mother, respectively, Biff and Wesley would change just like the Gibson children. Biff would eventually become a 17-year old girl and Wesley would become an 8-year old girl, both of them keeping their original ages, but again, taking on the personality traits that Sarah had at those times in her life.
