"Nah. Maybe sometime, but that's too much new all at once. Give me time to decide what I think of all this. Actually, on second thought, you know what, why not do halfsies. Just change two of my hands into paws."
"Which two?"
Jon thought for a moment. The obvious answer was that her original two hands would be the ones left alone. But then, it might make more sense, to have the top ones be paws, then she could paw at her breasts and play with her girl parts with her hands, without them crossing over each other. But then she had another idea.
"Karyn, I just thought of something else. Now hear me out. Could you, produce body parts, with magical powers themselves? Like, could you give me not just paws, but paws with the power to pull out new body parts and attach them and remove them?"
"Oh. That would certainly level the playing field between us. I guess at this point, it's only fair, I think we have patched up the difficulties between us, that I can trust you're not going to get some sort of harsh revenge for before."
"But try to make it so that I can just pull them out of nowhere, rather than that big drawer. In fact, maybe you can give yourself replacement hands that can pull them out of nowhere too. Because needing to rely on the drawer could be a problem if we're in a pinch," Jon explained.
"Oh yeah. Even before the stone becomes active again, we might be able to get a lot more power over our situation if that sort of thing is possible, if we can just give ourselves parts that give us whatever powers we want. But what do paws even really look like though?" Karyn asked. "I can't just think paws or think of what little I really understand of them, I have to visualize them better than that I think, I don't even really know what they look like."
"Hmm." Jon replied in her new high girl voice.
They spent the next 5 minutes searching online for pictures of cat paws without their fur, to try to figure out their structure. They decided bigger was better, and Jon would become the proud new owner of two lion-sized paws for her top two hands, but that they would be empowered as discussed, while Karyn would give her own hands an upgrade to not need the drawer. If that was possible. They didn't even know if it was. Karyn also relented on Jon's request that only Jon would be able to remove the parts that she attached to herself or others, just as only Karyn could remove the parts that she applied. Part of Karyn was intrigued by the possibility that Jon could potentially have some power over her, could attach something to her that Karyn couldn't take off herself. She was honestly getting tired of dominating over Jon. So when they were satisfied they were ready, Karyn tried it, for Jon first.
"Look at my huge kitty paws!" Jon squealed in delight, holding them up. They were also furry up to halfway to her elbows, in dark black fur to match the fur on her ears and tail.
"Yeah you're cute," Karyn admitted.
"Come on, join the kitty club, Karyn," Jon coaxed. "Wait, this is a perfect time for me to test if the power works for me now. And to upgrade your own power with paws while we're at it."
Jon concentrated, and pulled four big black furry kitty paws just like her own two out of thin air. "Look, I didn't even need the drawer. Now hold still, while I put them on you."
"All four? Not just two like you?"
"Yeah. If you don't like it, we can just take them off later," Jon explained. "Trust me, you'll love it."
Karyn shrugged and gave in. What was the harm. Jon attached them.
"Karyn, could you give yourself a tail too, but this time, just as a test, don't use the drawer, just pull it out of thin air like me?"
"I certainly am curious about that." She tried to pull a tail for herself out of nowhere. She couldn't. She tried to pull a tail out of the drawer. She couldn't. "What's going on here?" she said.
"What's wrong, are you trying to pull out a tail?"
"Yeah, it's not working for some reason!"
"I wanted to test it, to be sure, but it seems that it worked. Oh, by the way," Jon said in her high girl voice, but with a sinister tone. "The paws I just attached to you don't have the power to pull out body parts from anywhere. They in fact have the property of negating that power on anyone they are a part of. Got you Karyn. I. Got. You."
Karyn's mouth was wide open in astonishment. She was now completely at Jon's mercy. But was it just a prank to put her on her toes, or was it actually a long awaited revenge plan Jon just put into effect? Was Jon actually scheming this whole time, or maybe just wanted to teach Karyn a small lesson in humility in good fun?
"Don't worry, Karyn, I'll give you a tail, and new ears, and more," Jon said. "You won't be missing out on that."
"Uh oh," Karyn thought.
