Each of the Sonic Clan AEP units had a different personality. While Timmy, Tammy, Tommy and Temmy all seemed happy to be here on their first real mission, they each expressed themselves differently. Timmy was really over confident and liked to look at everything in front of him. He had appointed himself leader of the squad. When I gave them the design, he decided to do it a bit differently. He gave himself gold eyes and a black hoodie. He could be unique as the leader. The others accepted the cool design I showed them. Tammy was a bit rueful and his smile was sad. While he liked being useful, he was concerned that his human companions could be in danger or miss him while he was gone. Temmy was fully invested and enjoying himself with us in a new environment. Tommy was the type to pout and act cold when he really liked someone or something. He was a classic tsundere character. I thought it was really cute to watch. Even though he was strong and extremely capable, he did not want to show that he actually cared about the well being of humans near him. He was not human.
Now that everyone was ready, it was time for us go. I looked at 02. He stood straight and looked at me. I said "Our friends from Sonic Clan are critical, but you guys can join in too. If you don't want to, you can join Brett or Paul for their plans." I turned to the others. "The same goes for the rest of you." I added quickly I did not want them to feel left out or unappreciated. Ava, Adrian, Caleb and Cameron wanted to join me. Eli, Colton, Aaron and 02 were going with Brett. Paul looked at Nolan and Charlotte. It was funny looking at their hopeful expressions. "Want to watch my back out there?" he asked them. Nolan nodded his head fast. So did Charlotte. "I want to help the clan!" both said in unison. That only left Charlie, Brendan and Wendy. They were our newest AEP units. "You guys have to keep the clan building safe. It actually is the most important task here." I said. Wendy sighed and left the main hall. The others followed her past 02 and down the hallway. I guess you simply could not win them all. I clapped my hands and said "Look like we all have our assignments. Good luck everyone."
It was time to go. I had stepped away to call Terrance when they had arrived. That had been over a day ago. They were making their own preparations on their end. I got that Granting the Sonic AEPs the golden nanites that they needed took time. We just had nine PEA units. It took them time to do the menial tasks need to refill their tanks on the completion of the mission. Then the PEAs needed to fuck all of them. As a human being, I knew that things like that were not as good when rushed. It was a built in reward for them as well. Having all nine green haired cyborgs run a train on each of our guests took a long time. Designing the gardens and taking inventory were easy. All the other tasks took time. Donut runs were the simplest as they just had to go together to buy them and then deliver them as a group. I had them do that for our units in the police station. Now I was leading my group of AEPs to the Red Grind. It was the first time that the Sonic AEPs were going to a strip club. They wanted me to explain everything to them. I was willing to do it. We ate some snacks and watched them.
