Upon seeing their new master, Josephine lost her train of thought, momentarily forgetting her plan to change back into Joseph. "Rachel?"
Genie turned and asked "You know her?"
"Rachel was my girlfriend. She left me a year ago, after she found out I was seeing someone on the side. But you should have seen this other chick. Wow, what a hottie. I mean, come on, you really don't expect me to just pass that up, right?"
"Wha ...?" Rachel looked bewildered. This redheaded woman in the scarlet red genie garb, someone she had never seen before, was talking like she was Joseph. But how could that be?
"Rachel, it's me. Joseph. I know this will be hard to understand, but I'm a ..."
"A genie!" Rachel yelled out, maybe with a little more enthusiasm than Josephine was expecting. But that was because Rachel realized her great fortune. She was pretty sure she wasn't hallucinating this, and if she was wasn't seeing things, then that meant that the genie was real. And if the genie was real, then that meant she'd be able to get wishes. And better yet, there wasn't just one genie, but TWO. Good fortune, twice over! "Joseph ..."
"Actually, it's Josephine now, Master," she said, cringing at the fact that she was forced to refer to her ex-girlfriend as "Master".
"Whatever. Grant my wish. I wish ..." she began, forcing Josephine to grant her wish, overriding any desire to return to being Joseph again, at least for the moment.
