"Chief, I know you won't believe this, but there's a ... situation happening at the university," Officer Tom Johnson said, upon opening the door to Chief Williams office and entering.
The police chief looked up from his desk. "Well, spit it out, Johnson."
"Well, at first, we thought it was just a prank, but there have been so many calls all talking about the same thing ..."
"Would you just say it already?" the chief snapped, getting impatient.
"People say that ... rainbows are taking over."
"Rainbows?"
"Yeah, that's right. People say that when the rainbows touch them, they become obsessed with wearing rainbows. And not only that, but some people have stated that guys are turning into girls too."
"Guys turning into girls? That's about as insane as rainbows changing people. Are you sure this isn't a massive prank?"
"The people really sounded scared, Chief."
"Feel the rainbow!" they suddenly heard a woman yell from outside the chief's office.
"What the hell is going on out there?" the chief asked, standing up from behind his desk.
