It was the 3 that they pulled away that was working on Water Clan. They probably could get to investigate it sooner. Water parks had way less security concerns than the bank accounts of private citizens. Especially the very rich ones. It was the rich ones that would store their hard assets in the vaults down there. Beau Kilroy was taking the lead on the investigation in Micropolis. With the information that had been shared with the group, Beau was in for the long haul. His friends were also interested in digging deeper. The fact that Cold Clan called the hit pissed them off. I heard this from Terrance. I was now officially a mole for them. In return, they would keep PBJ Clan out of it. That was my only concern as the clan engineer. I was walking around town when a pair of PEA units came up to me. I did not recognize them at all so they not from this area. There were only 2 PEA Labs in this little town. The Cold Clan and us were in talks for training their units, but it was always in the terms of hosting several squads of them. The only explanation here for this was that they were from a hostile clan.
Knowing that, I just waited for them to get close. If they wanted a fight in the middle of the street, they could get one. When they got close enough, I saw that there was a grin on their faces. One male and one female unit would not be too hard to kill. Then the male asked if I wanted a good time with them, I was caught off guard. "Huh?" I said as I titled my head. "I just asked if you wanted to come with us for a good time." he reiterated. "It will feel really good." she added. At this point, it would be better to just go along with them and see what they were going to do. They led me down a very dark alley. I rolled my eyes. When we met the dead end and the atmosphere was spooky enough, they both turned to me. She asked "Which one of us do you like? Male or female?" I shrugged and said "Why not both?" "Bold choice. But you only have one penis. You're going to have to choose which of us to have first. If you can even keep it going that long." the male teased. I was not going to raise to the bait. I looked at female PEA. "If that's the case, I might as well start with you." I told her. "Fine with me."
