"Are you sure you had it with you when you slipped?" asked Karyn.
"Sure. I know I did." Jon touched his forehead. "This is NOT good. We need to find it."
"How would we even know if someone used it?" Karyn said. "We could be living in a wish created reality right now."
"I'd know. I wished that I'd know if someone used it to change things," Jon said.
"Well, thank goodness for small favors," she said. "But wait...did you wish I'd know?"
"No...I didn't get a chance," he said.
"Well, if I suddenly turn into something..."
"I'll tell you first, I promise. But, how bad could it be..."
Karyn looked at him. "Imagine what you'd wish for if you weren't worried about the consequences...and imagine someone who doesn't know what the rules are."
Jon gulped. "They wouldn't know you can't reverse wishes...maybe they wouldn't know it could grant wishes before making it."
