He made his way toward where Karyn was hiding, but on the way, he spotted another black vehicle stopped ahead. It was parked in front of Karyn's house. He froze, realizing that regardless of what he had planned with Karyn...they might be delivering Tina anyway. He hurried over. The workmen were moving boxes out, the same way they'd done with Zoe.
He wasn't sure. What happened if they put Tina in place, but didn't find Karyn? Would everyone remember Tina and have no idea who Karyn was? He wasn't going to wait to find out.
