Karyn-Jon stood up. Jon's body felt so large and ungainly and it seemed to move with a mind of its own. Perhaps this was a side-effect of whatever was making her act like Jon, too, that she had to move like him. She opened her mouth to try and see if she could figure out if the other Karyn was really Jon in her body but instead said, "Are you sure, Karyn? I don't feel any different."
Karyn watched Jon with a bemused look. He was obviously very uncomfortable in his own body all of a sudden, and was clearly not acting exactly like his old self. It was as if Jon was acting like how he thought Karyn pretending to be him would act. All of his mannerisms were overtly masculine to the point of ridiculous stereotype, like the frequency with which he adjusted his manhood or the way he kept flexing his arms.
"Just trust me, Jon. The wish should only last about an hour so you'll be able to compare the two lives pretty soon. Why don't we just talk until it wears off?"
Karyn-Jon shivered a little. Only an hour? Good, she thought. I wonder what the real Jon will think about being in my body and having to act like me when we get swapped back. "Sure, we can do that. Or we can just play some Arkham Knight," she said. She actually wanted to talk but acting like Jon meant playing more video games.
Karyn jumped a little. Jon had the game but only because he knew Karyn liked it. He was more of a first person shooter fanatic and would always try to get her to play those games first before conceding to a 'Karyn' game. Perhaps aspects of his Karyn personality were seeping through Jon's performance. Still, she agreed to play and helped Karyn-Jon set up the PS4.
