Karyn backed away from J-289, but the robot's speed on its long, shapely legs made her retreat impossible. "Uh, Zoe? Hold on, I didn't mean-"
Right then, J-289 grabbed her and smothered her mouth with its own. Before she could try to resist, Karyn felt herself tilted backwards until she was at an angle to the ground. Briefly, she recognized the position as a classic Hollywood kiss.
"That's it. Nice and romantic," Zoe teased.
Karyn tried to turn her face away, but found the robot's hand holding her head immobile. The other arm had wrapped around her back in a vice-like grip, pinning her arms and effectively trapping her in this most awkward of positions. Her only relief was that there did not seem to be a tongue beyond those smooth metallic lips, or at least, none being used for this kiss.
Deep within that synthetic cranium, the Jon voice grumbled its displeasure. While not altogether unpleased at the prospect of kissing Karyn, it did not like having to do so on command for some immature human brat's amusement. The blonde human was not enjoying this any more than it was, apparently. Her cheeks flushed with embarrassment, and J-289 detected a racing pulse and increased perspiration.
"Mmm! Mmmmmm!" Karyn's muffled cries fell on deaf ears. Rotating her eyeballs, she could see Zoe unsuccessfully stifling a giggling fit. The blonde tried to glare. "Mmhm. Mm gmmm MMMM mmhmmm!" She threatened.
"Oh, that doesn't sound very nice." Zoe smirked. "J-289, keep her like that and don't let her go until I tell you to."
"Understood, owner." The robot's voice came from a hidden speaker within its long neck which allowed it to speak even with its mouth otherwise occupied.
"Mm?" Karyn's indignation turned to nervousness as Zoe stood next to her.
Suddenly, she felt the other girl's hands unbuttoning her blouse. After the last button had been undone, the younger girl yanked the shirt open and worked it over her shoulders. With a few murmured commands, she got J-289 to let her slip the garment down Karyn's arms and off her entirely. This left her with only her bra covering her upper body. Shrieking into the robot's mouth, she kicked her legs in a futile attempt at dislodging herself from its grasp.
"Now comes the fun part," said Zoe darkly. Karyn squeezed her eyes shut as the other girl reached behind her back to pull on her bra-strap.
SNAP!
Karyn squeaked at the shock of elastic striking her skin.
"Gotcha!" Zoe sang. "See? I can be weird, too." Darting her hands lower, she began tickling Karyn's exposed midriff. The girl's infuriated protests dissolved into laughter. Her attacker could not help joining in, and soon tears were streaming down both their faces.
After a few minutes of this, Zoe collapsed and caught her breath. "J-289, let her go."
Karyn's limp form flopped onto the soft carpet beside her. "I'm gonna get you for that," she gasped, but her words were dampened by a few remaining giggles.
"I know, but the look on your face was worth it," Zoe grinned back, earning a half-hearted slap on her arm.
"So this is what it's like to have a robot," Karyn remarked, glancing up at J-289 standing over her.
Zoe nodded. "Yeah. I wasn't sure about the idea when mom first brought it home, but it's been pretty useful, I gotta admit. Besides, Zelda was thrilled to hear I had one. She likes to open it up and poke around inside whenever she comes over."
"Zelda's into this? I thought she only did computer stuff."
"Oh, she's into all kinds of things, AIs and robotics included."
"Hm, would you mind if one of these days I brought Jay over here? He's into techno-stuff, too, and I'm sure he'd love to get a close look at one of these."
"Sure, why not."
J-289 observed all this with curiosity. It did not recall that these two had been anything close to friends previously. Now, however, they seemed to share an odd bond. Perhaps Jon's influence still lingered, bringing together their spheres of influence.
Then, it noticed something. Karyn's image as detected by its visual sensors was still labeled "Girlfriend." Zoe had forgotten to undo that part of her command. However, this detail seemed too minor to mention. So, J-289 maintained its silence and awaited its owner's next order.
