Jon slipped into one of the stalls and sat on the toilet. Abby seemed to be following him everywhere. He wasn't sure how to ditch her, or if he should. It seemed like there were dogs everywhere....which would not normally be a sinister thing, but it was starting to feel like there was more to that. He tried to decide if he should cut class and go home and wish this fixed, or if he should tough it out till the end of the day.
He got out of the stall and peeked out the bathroom door and looked around to see if anyone else was around and spotted his sister, Zoe walking with Sarah McMillan. There were so many things wrong with that picture. The two were in different grades, different social circles...and they hated each other.
It was then he decided he needed to escape. He waited till the two passed, and then succeeded in bypassing Abby. He headed in the direction Zoe and Sarah had come from.
