Late in the afternoon a somewhat large woman in her mid thirties came in. She had sandy blonde shoulder length hair and looked to be about 5 foot 4. Jon greeted her and asked what delicious MochaVille coffee drink she wanted.
She looked over the menu a bit before replying, "Umm, I'll have a large Mocha, with an extra shot of espresso. No, wait, I'll have a small skinny mocha with sugar free syrup."
"No problem", Jon said with a smile, "Would you like dark, milk or white chocolate?"
"Hmmm, white I guess." she said before (unbeknownst to her) adding,"I wish I was thin and attractive, like a celebrity."
As Jon made the skinny white chocolate mocha he decided to grant the plump, but not overly fat woman's wish, but decided it would be best if it came true over the next two weeks or so. Having her transform right in the middle of the MochaVille might create too much attention.

Lisa Gendall finished her skinny sugar free mocha, which tasted like rubber and chemicals. She thought to herself it was hardly worth the few calories it did contain. Lisa had been on a diet for the last couple months, desperately trying to take off the weight that seems to often come with having two kids and being in your mid thirties. She had never been skinny, but after she had her second child she wound up a size 16. And a couple months ago even her size 16 clothes were feeling a bit tight. She had made a vow to eat right and exercise, and for the most part she was actually following through this time.
The rest of the day passed fairly normally, and had no more excitement than an accounting manager usually had. After work Lisa stopped at the gym and ran for about half an hour on the treadmill. but that evening her six year old daughter Gina told her, "Mommy, you look funny."
Lisa was a bit taken aback by her child's blunt observation. She asked her, "That's not very nice Gina! What do you mean anyway? Mommy looks the same as always."
Gina seemed to look over her mother a bit more then concluded, "No mommy, you've lost weight."
Lisa just smiled, and told her daughter, "Why thank you sweetie. I don't think I have but if you do that's very sweet of you."
Lisa asked her husband that night if he thought she looked thinner, and he said yes, but Lisa couldn't really tell if he was simply placating her. Over the next couple days though, Bill told her several times that she was looking thinner. Then Lisa noticed her clothes fitting looser. And by Friday it was clear she needed new clothes. Lisa was a little perplexed as to why her weight had come off so...suddenly, but wasn't abut to complain too hard after all the diet drinks and exercise was finally benefiting her.
When she told her husband she wanted to go clothes shopping this weekend he just said, "Lisa, I'm worried, it's not normal to lose that much weight so quickly. I think you should see a doctor."
"Nonsense, Bill. I feel fine. And it isn't sudden, I've been dieting and exercising for months. It's just finally paying off is all."
Bill shook his head and said, "It's not just your sudden weight loss honey. You are starting to LOOK different too. Your nose is smaller and, I can't even explain it but I think you're taller too!"
Lisa just told him he was crazy.
The next day Lisa went to the mall and had fun picking out new clothing for her new skinnier wardrobe. After trying on a lot of clothes she was amazed to find she was actually a size 12 now.
The real surprise came when she went to Victoria's Secret and asked one of the sales ladies to measure her for a new bra.
The moody young teen wrapped the tape around Lisa a few times then told her, "36 C".
"What?" Lisa said with genuine surprise, "That can't be right. I've been a 38DD for years, even in high school I was a 38D. Are you saying I've lost two full cup sizes in just a few days?"
The sales lady just sighed and told Lisa, "I'm not saying anything like that ma'am. All I'm saying is that right NOW the tape says you're a 36C."
Lisa went back home with her new wardrobe about $2850 poorer. She hoped her weight loss would slow down at least so she could get her money's worth out of these new clothes. While her husband about fainted when she told him how much she had put on the Visa, he did enjoy her modeling her new clothes on her much thinner body.
The next surprise came the following day, when Lisa went to put on her shoes she found they were too small. She put on some flip flops and headed back to the mall for new shoes. She found that while the rest of her had gotten smaller, her feet had gotten bigger. She had gone from a size 8 shoe to a size 10.
When her husband Bill saw her carrying in new shoe boxes, he asked her, "Ok Lisa, I can accept your sudden weight loss, but shoe sizes don't just suddenly change. What is going on?"
"Nothing dear, I just wanted some more comfortable shoes."
"Oh please Lisa. You've changed too much over the last couple weeks or so to be explained away by diet and exercise."
Lisa didn't really want to admit that something was going on, but later that evening she got the biggest shock yet. It all started after her husband had put the kids to bed early and told his wife they should go to bed early as well. Lisa took the hint and followed her husband to the bedroom where he quickly took her in his arms and kissed her deeply and passionately. Before long Bill had worked her shirt and pants off and was working on unfastening her bra.

Bill was obviously upset, but smaller boobs were still boobs and he was too much in the mood to start an argument with Lisa and risk not having sex.
A short while later though, when they were fooling around in bed Bill suddenly stopped and got up to turn on the light.
"What is it?" Lisa asked.
"Ok, that is IT Lisa, what are you fucking taking?"
"Nothing, really!"
Bill just glared at her and said, "Ok then, explain to me why your clit is suddenly fucking huge. I put up with all your explanations about your odd changes, but I KNOW your pussy rather well, and now all of a sudden your clit is gigantic!"

The doctor just shook her head and said, "I realize you were born with female genitalia Ms Gendall, but genetically you are male. Your DNA test confirms it. DNA tests were not common when you were born, so there was no way it would have been caught. It seems for some reason your Y chromosome is asserting itself now, albeit very late in life. I'm afraid there is nothing we can do, you are going to change fully into a man."
While it had been difficult to explain this news to her husband, it was beyond difficult to explain it to her kids.
Lisa's son Michael asked her, "So...Mom, do I have to start calling you dad now?"
Lisa just got a tear in the corner of her eye and replied, "No sweetie. I will always be your mommy no matter what my sickness does to me. Even though I'm different physically now, I love you the same as always."
The next few days brought huge changes to Lisa's body. Her voice grew deeper, her face needed daily shaving and her breasts shrank away and vanished altogether.

Life settled into a new normal over the next few years. Frank and Bill raised their children together and eventually started dating other people. Frank tried a couple guys at first, but soon had to admit to himself he was attracted to women now. It was very strange at first given that he had been a heterosexual woman for 33 years. Of course whenever it was time for someone to meet his children, Frank had a hard time explaining why they called him "mom".
One day about three years after the strange transformation Frank looked in the mirror as he was shaving and realized, he was actually very handsome. It felt odd for a natural born woman to say that, but he was at long last feeling confident in his newfound masculinity. In fact, Frank had to admit, he looked an awful lot like Leonardo Dicaprio. Sure a lot of people had told him that before of course, but now, he saw it too.
