"Mental changes?" Tom asked.
"In all of my tests, I've determined that whoever uses this will have a change made in their personality, based on their perception of how black people behave. Obviously, the root cause of this is racism itself, since presumably the worst of black culture in America is probably what a racist hates the most. It's a problem that I can't seem to rectify, but this has to be done. We have to do something before racism tears us all apart. If it means that a multitude of people become ghetto trash, then so be it. It's for the greater good."
