I got Aiden's number before I went over to the motel. Along the way, an old man approached me. "Young man, you look like you could use a high paying job. Is that about right?" I smiled and said "Money is good." He only smiled wider at me. He pressed a brown paper package into my chest. "If you could take this to the gym over there, I would be grateful. All you have to do is bring this to the front desk." "I'll pay you when you come back." he promised me. I nodded. It was the gym that the cop directed me to. The Bros were 2 for 2 today when it came to trustworthiness. I would definitely have to thank them for the help. I nodded my head and headed over to the gym. I knew this was a shady job. I still wanted the money. I could use it for my benefit. I got to the gym and it was dimly lit and smelled like blood and cigarette smoke. I would not be training here if I could help it. There was no one at the receptionist desk. I put the package under my shirt. Eventually, a tattooed woman came to me with a huge scowl on her face. "What the hell do you want!?" she snapped as she sat behind the desk.

Before I could pull anything out, a pair of police officers came in the gym. The woman sat up straighter in her seat as they came to the desk. "Where is it!?" one of the officers asked. She feigned ignorance as she nervously reached in her pocket for a cigarette and her lighter. "Where is what?" she asked once she got the cancer stick in her mouth. She was having trouble lighting it up. "I don't know anything about anything." she said as she finally got it to work. She visibly relaxed after her first drag. "You sure about that? We know the drop off point for the drugs is here. And we know you are the fixer. Do we have to come back next time with a warrant to search the place next time we're here?" the officer's partner asked seriously. She rolled her eyes. "I don't have what I don't have and I don't know what I don't know. You got the wrong place. We run a gym not a damn drug den." she snapped at him. The partner was going to say something when the first police officer held him back with an arm. "That's okay. We'll be keeping a close eye on the place from now on. Keep your nose clean." he said.

They then left. She grumbles something under her breath before her eyes moved to look at me. "Damn asshole pigs!" was what I caught at the tail end. The woman's eyes widened slightly. She must have forgot I was here the whole time. "I don't have time brat. I have shit to do!" she said, trying to shoo me away. I reached under my shirt. "I had to wait for the police to leave. I was told to hand this into the receptionist desk." She snatched it from me and ran into an office. After 5 minutes, she came back. "You're smarter than you look kid. Good job." she said with a smile. I asked what was in the package. She sighed. "Not smart enough though." she muttered. "Get the fuck out of here, brat. You have to go back to the old man. He'll be where you met him the first time. Next time, don't keep me waiting!" she snapped at me. I was dismissed. I left and made my way back to where I had met the old man. When I got to him, he gave me $500 from his wallet. "Here. For a job well done. Don't hesitate to reach out to Old Kipler if you want work. Chelsea at the gym can tell you how to find me."
