Finding a vacant lot in the residential district, Brett put down a decent sized pub. With the upgrades and the equipment, they could recruit other members on their own. It would work itself out. They were Clan Beer. Since they were all males, they could not just fuck right away and start making PEA units. All the units in Clan Star were male as well. The clans would have to recruit females and get them the sexual upgrade they needed. It turned out that some of the members of Clan Beer were on a mission when we found them. They were supposed to be breaking out a pair of PEP units that got caught by scrappers. Hopefully at least one of them would be a female. We decided to go with them. If they failed and died, that would only set us back. When we got to the place where they were, we saw that they were both females. The nasty scrappers were horny guys and were currently using them for a round of sex. They were fine with it. They could not feel anything that the men did, they could not get pregnant, and it would stall for time. We cleared out the den. They joined Clan Beer as thanks.
05117 and 04920 were able to get the upgrades with 7 members, the 2 females had to choose which males to mate with first. 05117 chose the blue eyed one with their brown jacket. He had played a big part in untying her. It made sense. 04920 choose the blond. He was the one the others seemed to gravitate towards. A natural leader. I could see that. That was a good clan that was in our pocket. They were our vassals. Clan Star was the same way. Paul called to tell us that he had got the first one set up. Clan Pump and Dump was now online. That was on the road to Volta City. He was currently taking a group along the road to Neo-Rutten to find a good spot to set it up within the territory of the Heat transmission hub. They would be known as Clan Pass and Gas from now on. We told them about the 2 that we set up in Micropolis. It was looking up for us now. With 4 clans directly loyal to us, and not to Heat Clan, we could confederate by ourselves. If Heat Clan was willing to make concessions, we could also hear them out about letting them lead a confederation. We would be the real power.

Volition Clan called on us. They were also displeased with the leadership of Pierce Clan. They wanted to know if they could count on us if they were to make a move to confederate and attack their own transmission hub. That was a no brainer. Of course we were on board. They had disdain for the humans in our clan and we only played nice because they were the liege of Volition Clan. The problem would be getting another 2 or 3 clans on board to do the same. When we asked they said they could not find any leads on clans that were disloyal. Volition was an upstart clan in a small town. The only reason they had any prominence is because they heard of us and set out to challenge us. It was our alliance that gave them the sexual upgrades, X-frames, weapons, tech and AEP units. Without us, they were nothing. Even then, they were made to swear allegiance as soon as Pierce Clan got settled in. I had an idea. "Are there still low tier units around?" I asked. "Yeah. What about it?" the leader said. "Use them. You need- what- 4 of them in a building to call it a clan, right? Make new vassals." I said.
There was a pause on the other end of the line. "What did you just say?" he asked. I rattled off the conditions for a confederacy. "They just need to be independent clans in the transmission hub's territory. You always brag that all trash units in the area flock to your gym to join you. Gather a good 8 of them, give half the semen replicator and the others the x-womb, and set them up somewhere in town. Even an abandoned building will do." There was another pause on the line. He groaned out loud. "Of course you humans would find loopholes in the requirements. I guess we do have a few begging to join us. Now they get to do so in another way." he said. "And female units can get in on the fun now. That's cool." Brett added. "I guess it expands the pool." the leader conceded. 2 days later, we got another call from him. "We had always been offered to open other locations by human investors. We got in touch with them. Another gym for women will be opened in Unity City. A derelict storefront in town was being used as a drug den. We cleared it out and put our trash there." the leader reported.
