It seemed that they did not want to risk losing resources or clan members. Luckily, they had us to run errands for their benefit. We would now be going in their place and report to them. That way, they would be able to gather lots of information on this with minimal risk to themselves. The safehouse was a huge club for music and dancing the night away. Perfect for the clan. Being that it was the perfect excuse to schmooze and have fun, we had to take this. I looked at all of the cyborgs that could come along with me. I could have a squad of representatives go. I wanted to be there, so that meant 5 others. Paul and Brett were not online. They had something to do. I went around. Zeta sought me out and wanted to go. So did Gunz and Killa. I guess bodyguards were good if things got rough. Henry demanded he come along. I remembered when Blank derped out and said no. AEP units were a wild card and I was not willing to take the risk. I obviously asked Sunny and Lucy if they wanted to come. They declined. As deviants, it would make things awkward among the cyborgs. Sadly, it was true.

Ryder and Sparks leapt at the chance to go. They were eager to spend time with me. I had been spending lots of time with the AEP and PEA units. We got in a sedan and Ryder was elected as the one to drive us there. Sparks tried to sit in my lap in the back seat of the car. That did not work as I was too big. We had to get out. We had a van. There was enough space for everyone then. Gunz was riding shotgun. Zeta was in the middle. Killa, Sparks and I were in the back row. This van was not filled with gas. We had to stop at the gas station we stopped at last time. The one ran by Impact Clan. When we got out. I saw a commotion inside the store. As a clan run business, I knew they were all cyborgs talking together about something. Then I see 2 PEA units walking up to me from the back room of the store. I asked them what was going on. I got no response from them. They just kept walking towards me. When one pulled out a knife and the other a gun, I knew this was a hit job. I called down a pillar of fire in between us. They had to stop then. "Cool it, guys. We're leaving!" I said.

There was no reason to fight. "It's just until we get enough gas in a couple minutes. Just give me that long!" I pleaded. The one with the gun then began shooting at me. I sighed. Calling down spikes of light and more fire was easy. All of the noise the fight to the attention of everyone at the gas station, inside and out. Gunz and Killa ran to my side and began to return fire. Ryder and Sparks were holding down the van to keep others from preventing us from leaving. The one with the knife got too close to me. I grabbed his arms and grappled the weapon out of his hand. I dragged him to the van and we got inside. There were members of Impact Clan shooting at us from the store and on the sides of the building. We made sure the van was bullet proof when it was spawned in. Once we were all inside, Ryder stepped on the gas. We were out of there. We got to bully and interrogate the PEA unit. He was not given a name by his clan. It made sense. Most of them did not value the concept of names enough to adopt one, let alone give one out. His designation was 01-04. This was only his 8th mission.
