Jon was trying to hold his anger in check after Karyn had hung up on him. He now had to face another night of sleeping in Karyn's bedroom not that upset him that much. It was the fact that he had to do so as Karyn and all because he had upset his best friend by accident two days ago. Since then he had been through two of the strangest days that he had ever known. From the boys at school like moose trying to chat him up. To taking a gym class with the girls as well as showering with them.
That wasn't the strange bit it was the fact that no one seemed to notice that he wasn't Karyn. Not even Karyns' mom. Everyone at school treated him the same way that they treated every pretty girl in the school and to top it off if Karyn couldn't come up with a way of stopping the wish he would spend the weekend as a bridesmaid at Karyns' cousins wedding.
Across town in the Madison house.
Karyn and just finished listening to Jons' mom complaining about her day at work, after which she decided to turn in for the night. She opened the door to Jons' room and lay down on his bed. She now thought back to the phone call from Jon earlier on. Karyn lay there smiling when she thought of Jon being a bridesmaid at Cassie's wedding, as she did so she started to laugh. "Jon as bridesmaid." She said to herself laughing loudly.
After a while she managed to get herself under control. Oh my back she thought to herself. "That's what two days without wearing a bra will do. These things are really heavy to carry around without support." She mused aloud. If only there was something I could do to ease the pain she thought to herself. Just as that thought entered her mind she turned to see the stone's hiding place. "No I can't can I?" she asked herself.
Karyn tried to put the thought out of her head. The pain is was in was her problem. She was the one who had made the wish in the first place. She couldn't use the stone to fix a problem of her own making could she?
