Jon had pointed his finger at the page, he was ready to swap bodies with a video game character, and the one he had settled on was Solid Snake from the Metal Gear Solid franchise. He figured it'd would be pretty cool to be an assassin from a PC game, and he would be able to show off for a bit, particularly to Karyn who is a MGS fan and get her jealous.
He pointed his finger at the page and spoke, "give me that body"
However, as he spoke, something happened that surprised him, as he said the last part of that sentence, the page came free from the paperweight that was holding it down and flipped over to the latest Metroid Prime game poster featuring Samus Aran in her Zero Suit.
In an instant Jon felt his world change, he didn't seem much taller or shorter but he could definitely tell something had changed. Looking down at himself, he could pretty much confirm it, he'd become Samus in her Zero Suit.
Now for most people, the idea that Samus Aran, the world's greatest bounty hunter is a woman would come as a shock, but not to Jon, he'd played the series since the first game's "bonus pictures" were included that showed Samus was in fact an extremely well built and athletic woman. The same woman that he now appeared to be the identical twin of, if she was real.
Jon checked himself out; he could feel the weight of his new large breasts being rather unusually supported by the extremely flexible material of his new clothes. At the same time, he could feel the long blonde hair on his head swishing about his shoulders in a ponytail, a few bangs framing his now long and soften face. He walked over to his wall and looked into the mirror that was hanging next to his window. Reflected back at him was the face of an unnaturally beautiful Asian looking woman with radiant and crystal blue eyes and pouty lip staring back him. Her face was unmarred by any sort of defect or birthmarks to the point of eerie.
Jon patted himself down and took stock of what had changed. Obviously he was a woman now, a feel of his crotch confirmed the lack of a void there and the suit he was wearing seemed to be like a body sock but had no actual way of removing. Obviously since it was based on a game, the character designers never bothered to include that little detail since Samus was not supposed to be seen getting in and out of what is the space-age equivalent of bulletproof lingerie.
Jon decided that he may as well enjoy the swap for the time being and get some answers. He went over to his desk and turned on his PC. While waiting for his PC to boot, he took a look at his wallet, opening it up to check his driver's license. After a little bit of fumbling with his new slender hands, he opened the wallet up and extracted his license from it.
It seems that his identity was still his own, He was Jon Gibson, an 18 year old FEMALE with blonde hair, about 6 foot and blue eyes. So while Jon was obviously in the body of a Samus look alike, the real world still referred to him as Jon and treated him as a member of the Gibson family.
After the PC booted, a quick Google search showed that Samus Aran was still a woman in the Metroid series and not a teenage boy. So to Jon that seemed to indicate swapping with photos would not be the same as swapping with a person.
Jon looked around his room; it didn't seem that much different. However, a quick examination of his wardrobe seemed to show that it was packed with more Zero Suits identical to the one he currently wore. However, it also appeared to store a copy of every variant of Chozu Battle Armour that Samus ever wore in any of her in-game appearances. Obviously when he switched bodies, he switched wardrobes with Samus's photo too, and that seemed to include all the clothes that she wore in any of her in-game appearances. Jon figured if he looked around enough, he'd probably find copies of the bikinis and other skimpy clothing she wore in bonus scenes if he tried.
Although Jon was relishing the idea of putting on a battle suit, he really didn't know what to do next though.
