I'm 07-003." he said. I nodded and gave our names to the table. The two government guys next to him flinched. "Wow. They really did just gather themselves all together." one mumbled. The other folded his hands on the table. "So, if you are here as the cyborg representatives of the various regions, could we just get everything out in the open." We went around the table. The cop with the handcuffs at the ready was Captain Austin of the local police force. He ran the whole SVU. Captain Dallas was his partner and ran the specific unit related to PEP units.
