Jon woke up feeling taller. He went over to his bedroom mirror and looked at himself. He looked at least a good twenty seven years old.
He heard a light knock on the door. "Hey, wake up, you've got to take me to school after breakfast remember!" Jon opened the door and saw his sister Zoe, but she looked only 6 years old.
He followed her down to the kitchen where breakfast was already made. His mom was sitting at the table, roughly the same looking age as he was. His father looked like he was 83, and Mikey was in a high chair, only a few years old.
After breakfast Jon had figured out a few things about this new world. People who aged slowly had a much better memory while people who aged faster had a harder time remembering things.
Then the doorbell rang. It was Karyn, but she was about Zoe's new age, only 6 years old.
"So,' she asked, are you ready to drive me and Zoe to school?"
